Who you are dealing with

Joshua Eidson

Joshua Eidson

Founder & Principal

A Texas-rooted commercial real estate professional with a career spanning asset management, acquisitions and brokerage, Josh holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, an active Texas real estate license and a California broker’s license. He brings a rare blend of institutional depth and on-the-ground execution to Claritypoint Partners, which he founded to bring a disciplined, hands-on approach to value-add industrial real estate across Texas.

Josh’s background spans both sides of institutional real estate. He has served as an Asset Manager for large industrial funds, notably AIC Industrial, overseeing renovation execution and asset reporting, and as a Director of Acquisitions, sourcing and underwriting industrial properties. He also spent several years in commercial real estate brokerage in DFW, working directly with brokers and owners to close transactions. That experience now drives Claritypoint’s off-market sourcing and broker relationships.

His focus is straightforward: identify value-add industrial assets trading at compelling bases, underwrite them with discipline, and execute the business plan on the ground. Whether sourcing off-market warehouse opportunities or evaluating repositioning plays in overlooked Texas markets, Josh applies the same framework: rigorous analysis, clear-eyed risk assessment and a drive to build lasting value.

Outside of work, Josh is as comfortable on a soccer pitch as in a boardroom. He competes in local leagues, stays grounded through his faith and church community, and feeds a genuine curiosity for the world. He has traveled to more than 20 countries and is fluent in Spanish, which comes in handy both abroad and closer to home.

Wilson Dias Neto

Wilson Dias Neto

Investor Relations

Wilson Dias Neto is an entrepreneur based in Recife, Brazil, who leads investor relations for Claritypoint Partners. He brings operational experience across veterinary subscription and wellness services, along with a background in marketing and sales, giving him a practical, results-driven approach to building and maintaining investor relationships.

At Claritypoint, he is the primary point of contact for investors, translating the firm’s acquisition and asset management strategy into clear, transparent communication and making sure investors stay informed throughout the life of each investment.

Wilson’s entrepreneurial background gives him an on-the-ground perspective that complements Claritypoint’s hands-on approach to industrial real estate. He brings the same operational rigor to investor relationships that Claritypoint brings to its properties.

Outside of work, Wilson can usually be found chasing waves or snow. He is an avid surfer and snowboarder, and genuinely enjoys meeting new people, whether over dinner or while traveling. Fluent in English and Portuguese, that curiosity and ease connecting with people from different backgrounds carries directly into how he builds lasting professional relationships.

Alexandre Rigueira

Alexandre Rigueira

Digital, Systems & Growth

A Recife-based commercial strategy and technology professional, Alexandre Rigueira leads Claritypoint Partners’ digital systems, infrastructure and growth initiatives. His background combines commercial operations, technology and business development, with a practical focus on using systems, data and automation to improve efficiency and support growth.

Alexandre’s background spans commercial operations and software. While leading the e-commerce operation of a Brazilian vehicle manufacturer, he worked across sales, marketing, customer service, logistics and technology, and designed a proprietary management platform that evolved into a multi-user web application supporting daily commercial decisions. Earlier in his career, he managed the digital presence of industrial businesses across metallurgy, tractors, buses and heavy-machinery parts.

At Claritypoint, Alexandre runs the firm’s digital infrastructure and systems and leads outbound prospecting to maintain a steady pipeline of off-market deals and broker relationships. He also oversees how Claritypoint collects and analyzes market and property data, using process and automation to make deal flow more consistent, trackable and well informed.

Outside of work, Alexandre studies emerging trends and how they can be translated into practical business value. His professional development includes HarvardX’s Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies program and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and he is proficient in English.

John Reyes

John Reyes

Acquisitions Outreach

John brings 7 years of real estate sales experience, including high-volume, high-conversion wholesaling and years of connecting directly with commercial property owners. Over that time he has built a reputation for turning cold conversations into real opportunities, and he does it by being genuine, prepared, and easy to talk to.

His background covers the full front end of the deal cycle: cold calling, lead generation, qualifying sellers, appointment setting, and follow-up. He’s confident handling objections, quick to build rapport, and patient enough to stay in touch with owners who aren’t ready to sell today but may be tomorrow. Earlier in his career he also worked on home improvement and roofing campaigns, which sharpened his ability to connect with homeowners and prospects from very different backgrounds.

For the past 2 years, John has worked side by side with Josh, sourcing off-market opportunities and reaching owners well before a property is ever listed. He keeps his leads organized in the CRM, tracks every follow-up, and passes along clean, well-qualified opportunities so the acquisitions team can spend their time on the deals that matter.

Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and friendly, professional approach on every call, John is a big part of what keeps Claritypoint’s off-market pipeline moving.

Our approach

Systematic value creation

Deal access, hands-on execution and disciplined underwriting, applied to every asset.

  • Off-market access

The founder’s brokerage background and relationships with Texas brokers surface opportunities before they reach the open market.

  • Hands-on execution

Renovation and leasing are managed directly, with a local contractor network, to keep repositioning on budget and on schedule.

  • Disciplined underwriting

Every asset is underwritten by the founder, with a clear plan to stabilize it and position it for institutional buyers.

Our method

Four steps, in order, on every asset

  1. Step 01

    Acquire

Off-market and broker-introduced industrial assets with untapped potential across Texas metros.

  2. Step 02

    Renovate

Targeted capital improvements address deferred maintenance and turn distressed buildings into institutional-grade facilities.

  3. Step 03

    Stabilize

Hands-on asset management and leasing bring the property to stabilized occupancy.

  4. Step 04

    Exit

Stabilized assets are positioned for sale to institutional buyers.
